Shipping Times

Orders that are received and processed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the 2nd business day unless otherwise noted.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Time ship the 3rd business day. All orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Tuesday business day. Special orders for products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer are noted with delivery times.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes buying online can be tough to choose the right product. The item you choose might not be what you expected. No worries. Hose of Vacuums will return for 100% of your purchase price or exchange your purchase with no restocking fees. Just give us a call within 7 days for machines (Vacuums) and 15 days for all other items. We'll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Please note: Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return as well. Commercial units & Special orders are non-returnable/refundable. 

 

Exceptions:

A few of our online and in-store products are not returnable. These are mostly large or special-order items. They are not returnable because of shipping costs or the manufacturer's return policies. The manufacturer will usually replace these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not eligible for return:

Commercial Products including Commercial Air Purifiers, Commercial Floor Scrubbers, Commercial Extractors, Commercial Steam Cleaners, Commercial Buffers, and Commercial Vacuums.

Hose of Vacuums and affiliates may cancel orders and refund a purchase because of pricing errors or products no longer available (or for any reason deemed necessary).
